These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 10cuci platform. By accessing or using 10cuci, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 10cuci. Age verification is mandatory for all accounts before withdrawals are processed. No exceptions apply.
Each player is permitted one registered account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

To register and maintain an Account on 10cuci, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your Account information if it changes.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active Account on the 10cuci platform at any given time. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited.
During registration, you will be required to provide:
10cuci reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, including without limitation where the applicant cannot satisfy eligibility requirements or where the Platform has reason to suspect fraudulent intent.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, and you must not permit any third party to access or use your Account.
In the event that you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account, you must notify 10cuci immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
10cuci will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation or from your negligent disclosure of login credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you unless you have notified 10cuci of a security breach prior to such activity occurring.
The minimum deposit amount on 10cuci is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
The following deposit methods are currently accepted on the 10cuci platform:
Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 10cuci reserves the right to return funds deposited from a payment method not registered to the Account holder and to request supporting documentation for any deposit transaction.
10cuci does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which 10cuci accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
10cuci reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds, including requests that indicate unusual wagering patterns or potential money laundering activity. In such cases, processing times may be extended while investigations are conducted.
10cuci offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the general bonus conditions set out below and any specific terms communicated at the point of offer.
10cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through coordinated wagering strategies designed to guarantee bonus clearing — may have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

Upon termination for cause, 10cuci may withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to a breach by the Player, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of applicable verification.
10cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 10cuci will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a notice displayed upon login.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 10cuci platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our support team.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts for final resolution.
